Alyson has built a team of associate voice teachers who share the same technical vocal pedagogy foundation and philosophy, so a student can choose to work with one teacher or multiple teachers without conflicting approaches or mixed messages. Every audition gets discussed. Notes are shared across the team. When a student is deep in an audition process, every teacher involved is in communication — building on each other's work, not starting over. It functions less like a group of individual teachers and more like a management team for each student's career. That's not an accident. It's exactly how Alyson designed it.
